Cone area is God and King

The more surface area you have, the more efficient the system is. The simple fact is you can move more volume of air. Your typical 10″ woofer has a surface area of 330 cm² and a 12″ with a surface area of only 516 cm². The OnCore SM woofers with the use of our T.H.R.S ™ surround system we are able to produce much larger cone area, such as the SM 12″ with its surface area of 611 cm² that is an 18% cone area increase and the SM 10″ with its 395 cm² that is a whopping 23% for surface area increase and best of all the drivers still fit in the standard 10″ and 12″ mounting holes size

We at OnCore want you listening for many years to come.

When installing OnCore products make sure to secure them tightly. An unmounted product in your car can cause serious injury to passengers and damage to your vehicle if it is set in motion by an abrupt driving maneuver or short stop.




Oncore Audio warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of One year from the date of shipment within North America.

If you believe any ONCORE Audio product that you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please contact ONCORE at 626-465-3383 for assistance.

Upon inspection by ONCORE Audio, should product repair or replacement be deemed necessary under this warranty to manufacturing defects, ONCORE Audio will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product with a new or re-manufactured product at no charge. The Customer will be solely responsible for all shipping charges, freight, insurance, and proper packaging to prevent damage or breaking in transit. All shipments of repaired or replaced products by Oncore Audio will be FOB from Oncore Audio at 859 Lawson Street, City of Industry, CA. 91748


Technical Support should be pursued through channels offered by Oncore Tech Support. ONCORE Audio accepts no liability caused by aftermarket software or hardware modifications or additions. ONCORE Audio is not responsible for giving any technical support concerning the installation or integration of its products the customer did not pay to install. ONCORE Audio is not responsible for a loss of time, even with product failure. Customers are responsible for making sure the installation of the product is done correctly.

ONCORE Audio is not responsible for any loss of work (“down time”) caused by a product requiring service.

This warranty is null and void if the defect or malfunction was due to damage resulting from operation not within manufacturer specifications. It will also be null and void if there are indications of misuse and/or abuse. ONCORE Audio has the option of voiding the warranty if anyone other than an ONCORE technician attempts to service the product.  ONCORE Audio will not warrant any problems arising from an act of God (lightning, flooding, tornado, etc.), electrical spikes or surges, or problems arising out of hardware, software, or additional devices added to complement any system/component.

Under no circumstances will ONCORE Audio be responsible for any refund or remuneration exceeding the original purchase price of the product less any shipping fees. ONCORE Audio will not be held responsible for typographical errors on sales receipts, repair tickets, or on our website. ONCORE Audio makes every effort to make sure all information on our website is correct. This warranty is limited and does not cover claims for damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or burnt/overheated voice coils, normal wear and tear, and is limited to material failures or defects arising from normal use.



If repairs are required, the customer must obtain an RMA number and provide proof of purchase. RMA and services are rendered by ONCORE Audio only. Any shipping costs after 30 days (starting from the original date of purchase) on any item returned for repair is the customers’ responsibility. All returned parts must have an RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package along with a letter detailing the problems and a copy of the original proof of purchase. No COD packages will be accepted. No package will be accepted

without an RMA number written on the outside of the package. RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue.


Should you have any problems with your ONCORE product, please follow these procedures to obtain the service:


  1. If ONCORE product must be repaired, an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) will be issued for shipment to our repair department. Please follow the instructions given by ONCORE technical support staff to ship your product. ONCORE will not accept any shipments without an RMA number.


  1. Pack the ONCORE product in its original box or a well-protected box, as outlined in the Return Shipping Instructions. ONCORE will not be responsible for shipping damage/loss of any product outside the original 30-day ONCORE-paid service period. Items returned physically or cosmetically damaged will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received. It is very important that you write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the computer with a copy of your bill of sale or other proof of purchase, your name, address, phone number, description of the problem(s), and the RMA number you have obtained to:

  1. Upon receiving your product, ONCORE will repair or replace your product (at ONCORE’s discretion) and will ship it back to you within 2 weeks (dependent on parts availability) via UPS.
  1. Cross-exchange (Parts only): You will need to provide a valid credit card number as a deposit guarantee when the RMA number is issued. Once approval has been obtained on your credit card, the part(s) will be shipped UPS. You will need to ship defective part(s) back to ONCORE within 15 days to avoid charges to your credit card. If such charges are incurred, the shipped part(s) will be billed at the then current price.
  1. ONCORE will pay for shipping to and from the customer only within the first thirty days following the original product ship date. Following the 30-day period, all shipping fees both for warrantable and post-warranty repairs are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer also assumes full liability for losses or damages resulting from shipping as well as all responsibility to pursue remuneration for such issues with their selected carrier.

I have competed with ID subs previously and I have used quite a few different brands including Velodyne and JL and several other top end brands. these subs are very detailed and controlled throughout the usable range. Great engineering boys!

This was our first install using Oncore products and I must say I\'m rather impressed with the XW12D2. It is in a 3.4cft ported enclosure tuned to 32hz and the frequency response is almost flat in the car. The output is amazing and the motor structure has all the power it needs to keep the cone under full control. Looking forward to using more Oncore products in future installs.

My husband installed two SM10\'s under the back seat of my Ford F150 SuperCrew along with a Zapco Z1KD. I have to say these are some very fun and amazing subwoofers. The Bass is tight and low. They need very little space and fit perfectly under my back seat which allows me to continue to have passengers in the back. They can go from blending with the front stage to having some really fun output easily. I know he loves the SM12 he runs and I can see and hear why he chose them for my truck.

Just got done installing a single SM 10\" woofer in a Ford F-150 crew cab, and the detail achieved from this woofer is unreal, especially when the sealed enclosure is 0.45 cubic feet ( before displacement ) is Just mind boggling !! Great job Oncore ... thank you for creating a great solution for an existing problem as trucks and vehicles interiors are becoming more challenging to add some great bass !!

I have two of the SM12\'s installed in my Sound Quality competition vehicle. I have been using them for about six weeks now and I am more impressed with them every day. They sound absolutely amazing. They sound so nice that sometimes I forget they are even playing, they blend in with my front stage perfect. I love how the kick drums sound with these subs but they also handle the lows very well. I\'m not an expert when it comes to the technical aspect of speakers, I just know that they sound amazing.

I spent a lot of time chasing a sub I felt had it all. Fast quick response for those chest thumping kick drums and the deep low notes that can move around ear wax. The SM delivers and with more output than I had expected. I am in the process of building an SQ competition car and the SM12 will be my sub of choice and I expect to do very well with it.

I\'ve only just installed this sub tonight, but the improved performance over my Image Dynamics IDQ10 is staggering. And the ID is a very nice legendary SQ sub. This SM10 plays deeper in the same sized box, and is extremely musical. For output, I feel like 600w from my Tru amplifier is no problem for this thing. I also love the integrated grille. It seems very well-built which is important for the area in which I have it mounted. I can see myself being happy with this sub for a very long time. Nice job , OnCore!
